Hello, we are owners, Kyle and Randi McKee. We have a ranch located 35 miles west of Fort Worth Texas. We raise registered and commercial grade angus cattle (KBM Cattle Co) but have also adopted several equine, dogs and even a donkey who has become the ranch mascot.
Our love and passion for herding dogs began long ago. We both grew up with cow dogs; heelers and aussies. Perhaps that explains in part why we have 5 heelers today. It wasn’t until we moved to our current home and was introduced to the Pembroke Welch Corgi by our neighbor at Wits End Corgi that the breed captured our hearts. Ree from Wits End Corgi graciously let us come over and get our puppy fix anytime we wanted. And of course, answer any and all questions we threw at her. This is where our kindred hearts for the breed began. When she told us she was retiring, at first, we didn’t believe her, then we decided to take off where she left off. The goal to strive in raising quality, happy, healthy dogs that adhere to the AKC conformation standard but go to forever homes that will love and care for them in the most positive fashion. We are a small hobby AKC Pembroke Corgi breeder with 1-2 litters a year. Our dogs are family, we understand the importance and responsibility of finding the perfect forever home to these babies.
One of our future goals, is to be able to share our happy corgi family as therapy dogs and not just in the breeding program. Life threw us some curve balls with Kyles parents being in Alzheimer memory care facilities and our 1st grandson in NICU. We saw the importance and special joy these “littles” could bring to the residents in care and health facilities.
